OpenSports

Like many pickleball clubs, Pickleball Southern Highlands uses OpenSports as the online platform for session registration. Once you have set up OpenSports, you will have access to other pickleball clubs throughout NSW and Australia (and the world!)

OpenSports can be used via a web browser or through an app available for Apple and Android mobile devices

1. Download the app from your device’s app store, or use the web links below

2. Players first need to join the OpenSports platform by selecting ‘Sign Up’. OpenSports will send a verification email to the email account you entered.

3. Once on the OpenSports platform, locate our pickleball group (Pickleball Southern Highlands) and select ‘Join’.You will now have access to all scheduled pickleball sessions.

Registering for a Session

Once signed in to the Pickleball Southern Highlands group, either through your browser or the mobile app, locate the session you wish to join and select ‘Join’.

Members who have a current annual subscription to Pickleball Southern Highlands select the ‘Members’ option.

Players who have not yet joined our club or do not have a current annual subscription, select the ‘Non-members’ option. A $5 fee will be payable prior to confirming your event registration.

Please note that all players are required to be registered prior to play.

Cancelling a Session

All sessions have a limited number of spots available. If you find you cannot attend, please cancel your registration by opening the event in OpenSports.

Any session fees paid by non-members will be credited against their Pickleball Southern Highlands account if cancelled 24 hours prior to the session start time.

The Waitlist

If a session is full, you will be offered the option to 'Join Waitlist'.

If someone cancels their registration, the place will be offered to the first person on the Waitlist. This person will receive an email and a push notification.
